Nikita leads the Property team and advises on conveyancing, new builds, buy-to-let, remortgages, lease extensions, and enfranchisement. She studied English at Loughborough before converting to law, training and qualifying at Posada & Co. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, and travelling.
Alexa Beraldo
Alexa specialises in real estate, advising on freehold and leasehold transactions as well as commercial property matters, alongside wills, probate and estate planning. She qualified as a solicitor in 2021 after studying Commerce at McMaster University and Law at the University of London. Based in Tooting, Alexa enjoys travelling, especially to Canada and Italy.
Delfin Posada
Delfin advises on commercial property, trusts, wills, probate, and cross-border estates, with experience spanning city, West End, and boutique firms. He is passionate about helping clients with tax planning and business matters. Living in Surrey with his wife and daughter, Delfin can usually be found courtside at his daughter’s tennis matches.

Charné Rossouw
Charné handles estate administration, wills, LPAs, trusts, and probate applications, with a reputation for precision and strong client care. She studied law at the University of the Free State and later completed her GDL and LPC in London. Outside of work, she loves travelling, cycling, reading, and mastering the art of pancake flipping.
Etain Leung
Etain specialises in family law and has particular expertise in surrogacy, with a 100% record of obtaining High Court parental orders. She studied law at Oxford Brookes University and holds a master’s degree from the University of Law. Beyond work, she enjoys tennis, travel, and volunteering for charities close to her heart.
Harpreet Virdi
Harpreet has over a decade’s experience in conveyancing and heads the Caterham office. She also oversees compliance across the firm, supporting lawyers to follow best practice and regulatory standards. Away from work, she enjoys fine dining, travelling, and family time in South London.
Nicole Monks
Nicole qualified as a solicitor in 2024 and specialises in conveyancing and lease extensions, with a focus on properties affected by the Building Safety Act. She studied law at the University of Glasgow and the University of Auckland before completing the SQE. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys reading and watching football, and is a passionate Celtic fan.
Zahira Khan
Zahira is a property solicitor specialising in freehold and leasehold transactions, with particular expertise in complex leases and Building Safety Act matters. She brings clarity to challenging cases and supports clients through every stage of their move. Outside of work, Zahira is happily obsessed with her cat.
Parul Jhalla
Parul has over 40 years’ experience in family law, advising on divorce, finance, children, and pre-nuptial agreements. She studied law at the LSE and qualified in 1984, and is an active member of Resolution. Away from practice, she enjoys time with her grandchildren, parasailing, travel and live football.
Syeda Aktar
Syeda has over 10 years’ experience in dispute resolution, covering property, inheritance, commercial, immigration, and personal injury. She studied law at Liverpool John Moores University and completed the LPC in Manchester. Outside work, she enjoys hiking, hosting events, and following Manchester United.

Nura Jaffar
Nura is our Office Manager in Putney, making sure clients feel welcome and the team runs smoothly. She also supports staff with IT and a wide range of day-to-day needs. Fluent in Arabic and Kurdish, Nura brings warmth and efficiency to everything she does.
Sarah Simwanza
Sarah is our Finance Manager, overseeing the firm’s accounts with precision and care. She ensures processes run smoothly and supports both staff and clients with financial matters. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys DIY, upcycling furniture, and creative home projects.

Elena Colombraro
Elena supports clients with residential transactions, estate administration, wills, and probate, working closely with the Private Client team. Known for her attention to detail, she helps make complex matters clear and manageable. Originally from Italy, she is an avid skier and happiest on the slopes of the Alps.
Sandra Chlopas
Sandra supports the Litigation and Family teams with case preparation, research, and client care. A law graduate from London South Bank University, she brings empathy and focus to her work. Outside of work, she enjoys podcasting, family time, and wedding planning.
Kayla Nel
Kayla manages the Wandsworth Common office and supports Partner Nikita Assani with day-to-day conveyancing matters. Known for her organisation and client service, she ensures clients and cases are handled smoothly. Outside work, she enjoys baking and spending time with her family.
Taran Khera
Taran assists with conveyancing transactions and works alongside Harpreet on compliance to keep processes running to standard. He is working toward qualification as a solicitor. Outside the office, he enjoys running, learning Spanish, and food adventures in Soho.
Mateo Pais-Pedret
Mateo works on commercial and residential property matters, as well as wills, probate, and estate planning. He also assists the Notary practice with apostilles and embassy attestations. Based in Caterham, Mateo is fluent in Spanish and enjoys tennis, swimming, and following his team Valencia.
