Founding & Managing Partner
Delfin has a breadth of Commercial Property and Private Client Law experience having worked in a city firm in Sydney, a heavyweight legal 200 firm and a boutique private client law firm in the West End.
Delfin advises on capital and inheritance tax planning, trusts, estates and long term care planning. He also advises on drafting tax efficient wills and carries out probate work on simple and complicated estates. He has experience in dealing with cross-border estates having recently dealt with an Estate with assets in three different European jurisdictions. Delfin is passionate about helping people put their personal and tax affairs in order and helping people through very difficult times such as bereavement or the loss of capacity.
Delfin also advises developers, commercial landlords and investors with respect to buying and selling properties, commercial leases and other commercial matters.
Delfin lives in Surrey with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, Delfin enjoys playing tennis and is an avid pokemon hunter.
Bruce Streather is a partner at Posada & Co and an experienced private client and corporate lawyer.
He maintains a busy practice advising individuals, corporations, charities, partnerships and trade associations on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters.
He is also the founder of Streathers Solicitors LLP in the West End of London.
Special Counsel / Lawyer
Nikita is a Solicitor at Posada & Co and deals with a wide range of Property and Private Client matters such as Conveyancing, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.
Nikita also deals with new-build and off-the-plan purchases for the firm's buy-to-let investor clients.
Nikita read English at Loughborough University and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law.
Nikita joined Posada & Co in 2015 as a paralegal. She trained with Posada & Co in 2016 and 2017. She is now a qualified lawyer and heads our New Build and Help to Buy Team.
Associate / Trainee Lawyer / Office Manager
Laura joined Posada & Co in 2018 having worked in family law for a local firm for a number of years. Laura has also worked as a law lecturer at Croydon College.
Laura now deals with private client and property matters. She assists clients in all aspects of the conveyancing process, will-drafting and estate administration. She is also the Office Manager of the firm's Caterham Office.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and keeping fit.
Consultant Lawyer & Head of Family Department
Parul has over 30 years experience in all aspects of family law, having graduated from the London School of Economics in 1980 and subsequently qualifying in 1984.
She advises clients on all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, financial and property settlements and matters involving children. Parul is known for providing practical, constructive and cost effective advice to minimise distress at what can be a highly distressing time for clients.
Parul also advises on pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements and wills and property transfers within matrimonial matters.
Parul is an active member of ‘Resolution’ and has featured on ‘News At Ten’ in respect of family law. She has knowledge of several languages including Hindi, Gujarati & Urdu.
Associate / Trainee Lawyer
After completing his degree, Abtin went to the University of Law where he completed his Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL), Legal Practice Course (LPC) and Masters in Business and Law (MSc).
Prior to joining Posada & Co, Abtin worked in Civil Litigation in a city law firm where he worked on a wide range of cases from small claims in County Court, to cases before The Court of Appeal on Appeal from the High Court Chancery Division. In doing so he had the pleasure of working on several cases that have been reported on law journals.
Abtin’s interests outside of work include reading, playing and watching a variety of sport, in particular football along with travelling and spending time with his wife and son.
Associate / Trainee Lawyer
Sitem is the Executive and Legal Assistant to the Managing Partner of Posada & Co and has a wide range of legal experience having worked for various firms in London prior to joining the firm.
Apart from assisting the Managing Partner in the day to day management of the firm, Sitem is a Trainee Solicitor and currently works on a variety of commercial property and private client matters on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Sitem read law and business at the University of Hertfordshire and completed her LPC at the University of Law.
In her spare time, Sitem likes spending time with friends and travelling at every opportunity. She is a regular gym member and likes swimming and reading. She is also a fluent Turkish speaker.
Alexa assists on a variety of residential property, commercial property and private client matters.
Alexa has had varied legal experiences both in London (UK) and Ontario (Canada). She read Commerce at McMaster University in Ontario (2015) and Law at University of London (2018). She is currently undertaking the LPC at the BPP Law School in London.
Alexa speaks fluent Canadian and pigeon Italian. In her spare time, Alexa likes getting involved with politics. A self-confessed Trump-phile, she studies and memorises speeches made by the American president and ensures she follows the fashion style of the first lady, Melania. She also loves studying astrology and being the hopeless romantic that she is, she hopes to meet the perfect Capricorn one day.
She is a regular at the Fulham Lawn Bowls association.
Priyel is based in our Caterham Office and assists on a variety of residential property and private client matters.
Priyel read Law at the University of Westminster (2015). She is currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford.
Prior to joining Posada & Co, Priyel worked for a Legal 500 firm in Croydon as an Immigration Caseworker where she won an appeal for an asylum seeker at the First Tier Tribunal.
In her spare time, Priyel is a blogger and social media enthusiast. She is not one to shy away from a selfie. She also loves all things Bollywood.
Kirsty is working with us at the Caterham office, assisting with general private client work; she has gained experience in wills, lasting powers of attorney, employment and general conveyancing matters.
She is currently studying the Bar Professional Training Course with BPP Law School, London having enjoyed a previous highly rewarding career working as a practitioner for the National Probation Service, rehabilitating offenders; her aim is to practice at the Criminal Bar. She holds a BSc in Experimental Psychology (University of Bristol), a post-graduate diploma in Applied Forensic Psychology (University of Leicester), and most recently, the Graduate Diploma in Law (University of Law).
As a mother of very energetic young twin boys, she doesn’t have much spare time, but with the time she does have, she enjoys cooking & being a little bit of a girl-racer with a penchant for vintage sports and American muscle cars.
